About Me: Where Storytelling Meets the Soul of the Horse
Horses have been part of my life for over 25 years. They raised me, and taught me how to listen long before I ever picked up a camera. Today, they're still my greatest teachers, and the heart of everything I photograph.
I'm Irina Bell, and equine photographer who believes that the connection you share with your horse is more than a moment.
It's a story.
A language.
A legacy.
And my job is to make sure it's remembered.
My Approach: Calm, Intuitive, Honest
I don't just show up with a camera, I show up with patience, horsemanship, and years of experience working with every personality from steady-hearted geldings to spicy mares to yearlings who don't yet know where their feet are.
Whether your horse is snuggling your shoulder, tossing their head because they're feeling extra cute, licking your hand, or deciding abruptly that the grass is more interesting...
We work with it, not against it. Because those unscripted moments are often the ones with the most heart.
Who I Am Behind the Lens
I'm a lifelong horsewoman, a storyteller, and someone who sees the small details that most people miss, the softenings, the shifts, the breathing, the way a horse looks at their person when they feel safe.
I approach every session the same way I approach my ow horses. With patience, steadiness and respect. When animals feel safe, they show you who they really are... and that's the version of them I capture.
My style blends artistry, emotion, and that quiet in-between magic you can't fake. The kind of images that feel like memories when you look at them.
What You Can Expect
A session with me is calm, unrushed, and tailored to your horse's personality. Some moments will be cinematic. Some will be funny. Some will take your breath away.
But all of them will feel unmistakably you.
If you want images that feel timeless, heartfelt, and deeply authentic to the partnership you've built, I would love to tell your story.
Let's create something beautiful, the kind of art that outlives us all.
