Frequently Asked Questions - Irina Bell Photography
Do I get the RAW or unedited photos?
No, I carefully select and edit the best images from your session to reflect my style and quality. RAW and unedited files are like unfinished recipes - they aren't meant to be served! You'll have fully polished images that are ready to print, share and love.
How many images will I get?
That depends on the package you book. Each session type (mini, premium, full sessions) comes with a set number of edited images, and you'll always have the option to purchase more if you'd like.
Can I print my photos anywhere I want?
A print release is not automatically included. Clients may purchase one if they'd like to print images outside of Irina Bell Photography. I also offer high-quality prints and products directly - which ensures colors, sharpness, and quality look exactly the way they're meant to.
Why don't you offer refunds?
Photography sessions reserve my time, preparation, and often the involvement of my animals (who can't be double-booked). For that reason, retainers and session payments are non-refundable. If something unexpected happens, I do my best to work with you on rescheduling.
Who owns the copyright to the images?
Like all professional photographers, I retain the copyright to the images I create. That just means you can't sell or alter them without permission. But don't worry, you have full personal-use rights to enjoy your photos excluding printing. I may however showcase some favorites in my portfolio or social media.
What happens if something goes wrong with the files?
In the rare case of technological issue, like file corruption, I'll happily reschedule your session at no cost. If you choose not to reshoot, no refund will be issued.
What should I wear?
Think cozy, comfortable, and timeless. Avoid large logos or neon colors that might distract from your horse, donkey or pet. I'm happy to provide styling tips to make your images shine.
Are animals safe for children during minis?
Yes! I handle and control all animals during minis. Children are welcome to interact under my direction, but for safety reasons, climbing, pulling, chasing, or feeding is not allowed.
